Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York, New York U.S.A. was an American actress known for portraying the tough but vulnerable character. Linney was born into the family of actors because her father Romulus Linney plays a writer. Her graduation in 1986 was from Brown University. She then pursued a degree in Theatre at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before getting her degree from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City was her first stop in the 1990s. She was in New York City when she began the beginning of her Broadway career. Her work was highly acclaimed for both Hedda Gabrieller as well as Six Degrees of Separation.
